一、序言据最近报导,近年来在用冲天炉铁水生产球墨铸铁时使用多孔塞法进行脱硫的工厂逐渐增多,但在日本,铁水的搅拌都是采用吹氮而不是采用压缩空气。木公司在几年前曾采用压缩空气进行批量脱硫,但使用压缩空气时,多孔塞耗损大,所以,最近改成连续式脱硫法,采用氮气搅拌铁水,多孔塞耗损就小。本文从生产实践上就批量式脱硫法和连续式脱硫法的比较以及连续式脱硫法存在的问题和采取的措施等进行报导(只介绍连续式脱硫法——译者)。
I. INTRODUCTION According to recent reports, in recent years there has been a gradual increase in the use of porous plugs for desulfurization in the production of ductile iron with cupola hot metal. However, in Japan, hot metal is used instead of compressed air to blow nitrogen. Wood companies used compressed air for batch desulfurization several years ago, but the use of compressed air, the porous plug wear large, therefore, recently changed to continuous desulfurization method, the use of nitrogen mixing hot metal, porous plug less wear and tear. This paper reports from the production practice on the comparison of batch desulfurization method and continuous desulfurization method, as well as the problems and measures of continuous desulfurization method (only describes the continuous desulfurization method - translator).
