目的:采用“一测多评”法与外标法测定新清宁片中4种大黄蒽醌类成分的含量,并对测定结果进行比较。方法:采用RP-HPLC,Accurasil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相甲醇-0.4%磷酸水溶液(85∶15),流速1 mL.min-1,柱温30℃,检测波长254 nm。结果:20批新清宁片中4种蒽醌类成分QAMS计算值与ESM实测值无显著性差异,RSD<5%。结论:在一定色谱条件下,QAMS确定的相对校正因子可作为常数用于含大黄制剂的质量评价。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the contents of four anthraquinones in Xinqingning tablets by the method of “one test and multiple evaluation” and the external standard method, and compare the results. Methods: Accurasil C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm), mobile phase methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid aqueous solution (85:15), flow rate 1 mL.min-1 and RP- 254 nm. Results: The QAMS values of four anthraquinones in 20 batches of Xinqingning tablets had no significant difference with the ESM measured values, with a RSD <5%. Conclusion: The relative calibration factors determined by QAMS can be used as a constant for the quality evaluation of rhubarb preparations under certain chromatographic conditions.
