目的:建立清感口服液中紫菀酮的HPLC测定方法。方法:色谱柱:Shimadzu ODS(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈:水(90:4),流速:1.0 ml·min~(-1),检测波长:208 nm。结果:紫菀酮在0.112~1.12μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 8),平均加样回收率为98.5%,RSD为0.84%。结论:本方法可作为清感口服液中紫菀酮的含量测定方法。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of shionone in Qingyan Oral Liquid. METHODS: The chromatographic column was Shimadzu ODS (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and water (90: 4). The flow rate was 1.0 ml · min -1. The detection wavelength was 208 nm. Results: The calibration curve of shionone in the range of 0.112 ~ 1.12μg was linear (r = 0.999 8). The average recovery was 98.5% and the RSD was 0.84%. Conclusion: This method can be used as a method for determination of the content of shionone in Qingyang Oral Liquid.
