选用13个大粒花生品种和6个中粒花生品种,在京郊4个花生产区种植并对其品质性状进行研究。结果表明:中粒花生品种的蛋白质含量比大粒花生高出2.1%;大粒花生品种河北2号的蛋白质含量(30.7%)最高,中粒花生品种山花8号蛋白质含量(33.4%)最高;大粒花生花育25号和农大060的脂肪含量(49.2%)最高,中粒花生中花育20的脂肪含量(49.6%)最高;大粒花生品种的产量高于中粒花生,中粒花生品种的蛋白质、脂肪含量高于大粒花生,但大粒花生的油酸/亚油酸比值高于中粒花生。大粒花生濮科花9519、花育25号、豫花9327和河北2号,中粒花生品种河北1号、花育26和花育20号,适宜在北京地区推广种植。
Thirteen large-grain peanut varieties and six medium-grain peanut varieties were selected and planted in four flower production areas in the suburbs of Beijing and their quality traits were studied. The results showed that the protein content of medium peanut varieties was 2.1% higher than that of large peanuts; the protein content of large peanut varieties Hebei No.2 was the highest (30.7%); the medium grain peanut Shanhua No.8 had the highest protein content (33.4%); Huayu 25 and Nongda 060 had the highest content of fat (49.2%), the highest content of fat (49.6%) in Peanut Zhonghuayu20; the yield of large peanut was higher than that of medium peanut and medium grain peanut, Fat content was higher than that of peanut, but the ratio of oleic acid to linoleic acid of peanut was higher than peanut. Large peanut Pukehua 9519, Huayu 25, Yuhua 9327 and Hebei 2, medium peanut varieties Hebei 1, Huayu 26 and Huayu 20, suitable for the promotion of planting in Beijing.
