借鉴生物界的遗传算法(GA)及原理,利用模糊控制可以有效地实现对非线性、纯滞后及复杂的对象进行控制的优点,并结合自寻优方法,设计出一种新的磨机负荷控制器。控制器运用GA对模糊控制器的隶属度函数和模糊控制规则进行优化,并且应用变步长自寻优算法对球磨机负荷进行实时动态优化控制。试验结果表明,提出的控制策略能够很好地跟踪被控对象的参数变化,且控制品质良好,在存在干扰的情况下也能有较强的自适应能力,能够提高磨机的台时产量,并提高矿厂的经济效益。
