酸性水装置罐顶气相含有硫化氢、二氧化硫、氨氮、硫醇、硫醚等硫化物及烃类等恶臭组分,且含量高,易造成周边环境恶化,严重影响现场操作人员健康。采用固定床吸附脱臭技术,存在吸附剂易饱和、长期处理效果不佳的问题。经过考察和认证,在对各种恶臭治理技术进行综合比较后,使用湿法脱臭技术替代固定床吸附技术。湿法脱臭工艺是吸收法的一种,具有反应快、吸收效果好、操作简便、安全可靠等优点,可以达到很好的脱臭效果。湿法脱臭系统投用后,消灭了酸性水大罐臭气直排的现象,现场环境大为改观。但湿法脱臭技术还存在开工阶段尾气中氨含量偏高、脱臭剂罐内专利吸收剂跑失、脱臭后尾气中氨含量比水洗后高、脱臭后尾气中烃含量高等问题。通过现场原因分析并对湿法脱臭技术进行改进,使酸性水罐顶气相达标排放,现场环境得到彻底改善。

The use of fixed bed adsorption deodorization technology, there is easy to saturated adsorbent, long-term treatment ineffective problem. After inspection and certification, after a comprehensive comparison of various malodor treatment technologies, the use of wet deodorization technology instead of fixed bed adsorption technology. Wet deodorization process is a kind of absorption method, with fast response, good absorption effect, easy operation, safe and reliable, etc., can achieve good deodorization effect. Wet deodorization system put into use, eliminating the smelly acid water tank straight row phenomenon, the scene greatly improved the environment. However, the wet deodorization technique still has the problem of high ammonia content in the tail gas during start-up phase, loss of patented absorbent in deodorizer tank, high ammonia content in tail gas after deodorization, and higher hydrocarbon content in tail gas after deodorization. Through on-site analysis and improvement of wet deodorization technology, the acid gas tank top gas phase standard discharge, the scene environment has been completely improved.
