目的配合国家、自治区相关部门对阿里地区开展实现消除碘缺乏病目标考核县级评估工作,了解阿里地区碘缺乏病的病情及防治工作情况。方法按容量比例概率抽样(PPS)抽取,对7县2 257名8~10岁儿童进行甲状腺触诊;并从中采集尿样705份,采用砷铈催化分光光度测定尿碘含量;采集住户食用盐,进行盐碘半定量检测;并对学生进行健康教育知识问卷调查。结果阿里地区儿童甲肿率平均为1.1%;尿碘平均中位数达到160.1μg/L,尿碘<50μg/L比例最高的县为11%,平均6%,儿童碘营养水平适宜;2010年碘盐覆盖率各县均为100%,碘盐食用率平均为93.9%,各县均在90%以上;各县健康教育水平差别较大,小学5年级学生健康教育知晓率平均为52.9%,最低18.3%。结论阿里地区按照卫办疾控发﹝2008﹞214号《实现消除碘缺乏病目标县级考核评估方案》中提出的:居民合格碘盐食用率﹥90%;8~10岁儿童尿碘含量中位数≧100ug/L,且尿碘含量<50ug/L的比率不超过20%;甲状腺肿大率≦10%~20%这3项技术指标显示,阿里地区7个县均达到实现消除碘缺乏病目标。但有些县的健康教育水平亟待提高,建议继续按国家要求实行以“食盐加碘为主、投服碘油丸为辅”的综合防治策略。

It is recommended that the integrated prevention and control strategy be continued to be implemented in accordance with the state’s requirements with ”salt and iodine as the mainstay, supplemented with iodized oil pills".
