患儿,男,13岁,汉族.自行止吐误服奋乃静80余片,当日出现嗜睡、头晕、乏力等症状.4～5小时后入院急诊立即给予催吐、洗胃及维生素C、东莨菪碱、细胞色素C等药物静滴,翌日中午患儿突然出现颈项强直,后仰,神志清楚,四肢活动不受限.查体:患者呈嗜睡状,双侧瞳孔等大等圆,对光反射灵敏,颈强直、后仰、抵抗明显.心率100次/分,呼吸促,双肺呼吸音清,未闻及干、湿啰音.腹平软,肝、脾助下未触及.生理
