中国武术散打是一项具力量、速度、勇气于一身的运动。选手不仅要拼体力耐力和信心,当然头部受伤也是不可避免的一项损伤.本文通过运动生理学,运动解剖学及训练学的一些原理,以及对武术学院60多名学生的问卷调查,报着客观严谨的态度,分析了头部受伤的一些原因,如疲劳生理结构等,对头部进行了详细的分析。可以得出,头部是最需要我们保护的部位,不仅是因为在我们生命中的重要性,而且它较弱的生理机构,往往决定着我们散打比赛的胜负。并尝试找出损伤的原因,以期望对散打运动员和教练员有所帮助,提高散打运动员的竞赛和训练水平,同时减少散打这项对抗性极强的运动对运动员造成的头部损伤,以期望有更多的人来参与这项运动,喜欢这项运动。
Chinese Wushu Sanda is a sport of strength, speed and courage. Players not only need physical stamina and confidence, of course, injuries to the head is also an inevitable injury.In this paper, some principles of exercise physiology, sports anatomy and training, as well as the Wushu Institute of more than 60 students survey, Objective and rigorous attitude, analyzed some of the reasons for head injuries, such as the fatigue of the physical structure of the head carried out a detailed analysis. It can be concluded that the head is the most in need of our protection, not only because of the importance of our lives, but its weaker physiological institutions, often determine the outcome of our Sanda competition. And try to find out the reason of the damage so as to hopefully help Sanda athletes and coaches and improve the competition and training level of Sanda athletes while reducing the head injury caused to athletes by Sanda fighting. More people to participate in this sport, like this sport.
