一、问题的提出武钢是负责制订耐大气腐蚀钢国家标准的起草单位之一。1983年5月在北京召开了“采用国外先进标准制订耐大气腐蚀钢标准的论证会”,会议确定耐大气腐蚀钢参照采用国外先进标准。根据这个精神,冶金部标准所提出了《优质耐大气腐蚀结构钢》标准草案初稿(以下简称《草案》),《草案》中关于化学成份和力学性能的规定见表1~2。把表1~2与本文附录中的表I~Ⅱ一对照,可以看出《草案》中的09pCCrNi A是等效采用Cor—Ten A;09pCuCrNi B是在武钢研制的09pCuCrNi成分的基础上,将Cu、Cr、Ni上限含量进行了调整;09pCLRe是
First, the issue put forward WISCO is responsible for formulating national standards for atmospheric corrosion of the drafting of one of the units. May 1983 held in Beijing, “the use of advanced standards for the development of atmospheric corrosion resistant steel demonstration will be” meeting to determine the resistance to atmospheric corrosion of steel reference to the use of advanced foreign standards. According to this spirit, the first draft standard draft “Quality Atmospheric Corrosion Resistant Structural Steel” proposed by the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry (hereinafter referred to as “the draft”) was proposed in the standards of the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry. The provisions of the Draft on chemical composition and mechanical properties are shown in Tables 1-2.
