目的了解本院注射室使用注射液的配伍变化,评价其配伍变化的主要原因,为临床合理应用注射液提供参考。方法对本院2006～2007年注射室出现配伍变化的情况进行调查和分析。结果发生配伍变化的228例均及时发现,无一造成不良后果。结论多种注射液联合应用时,为保证用药的安全性和有效性,要时刻注意注射液的配伍变化。
OBJECTIVE To understand the changes of compatibility of injection in our hospital’s injection room and evaluate the main reasons for the change of its compatibility so as to provide a reference for the clinical application of injection. Methods The injection room in our hospital from 2006 to 2007 compatibility changes were investigated and analyzed. The results of compatibility changes in 228 cases were found in time, none of the adverse consequences. Conclusions When multiple injections are used in combination, in order to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the medication, attention should be paid to the variation of the compatibility of the injection.
