利用缝隙流和热边界层的理论,对液压泵的泄漏量进行了分析。在一定间隙下,液压泵内的热岛现象会引起油液温度的升高,油液黏性的降低,液压泵泄漏量的增加,导致液压泵的效率降低,使得整个液压传动系统的效率下降。指出了液压泵站选址及运行过程中应注意的问题及采取的措施。
Based on the theories of slot flow and thermal boundary layer, the leakage of hydraulic pump is analyzed. Under a certain gap, the heat island phenomenon in the hydraulic pump will cause the temperature of the oil to rise, the viscosity of the oil to decrease and the increase of the leakage of the hydraulic pump, resulting in the decrease of the efficiency of the hydraulic pump and the decrease of the efficiency of the whole hydraulic transmission system. Points out the problems that should be paid attention to and the measures taken in the process of site selection and operation of hydraulic pump station.
