为达到杏核壳仁物料机械分离的目的,利用壳仁比重及空气动力特性存在的显著差异,采用比重式风选方法将壳仁分离。介绍风选机的结构及工作原理,分析杏核壳与仁在振动与气流综合作用下,沿筛面运动的条件及规律,以喂入量、风量级、曲柄转速为试验因素进行正交试验,通过优化试验方案数杏核壳仁风选机的最佳参数为喂入量6 kg/min,风量级为1.5级,曲柄转速为260 r/min,达到了理想的分离效果,同时满足了生产率的要求。
