财会专业一直以来都是高等院校的热门专业,但目前高校财会毕业生的就业形式却不容乐观。学校会计专业教学重理论、轻实践,无法与企业实际工作能力需要相结合是高校目前会计专业人才培养的瓶颈。鉴于此,文章以高校为研究背景,以会计专业实践教学为研究对象,以"产教融合、校企合作"为指引,深入探讨在"产教融合、校企合作"模式下,高校会计实践教学改革与优化的方向以及具体实施方案,为高校培养满足企业需求的会计人才奠定基础。
