本文研究了碳酸化合物对Fe-Si混合粉末压坯合金化和烧结过程的影响。实验发现:添加少量的碳酸钾或碳酸钠可以显著地降低Fe-Si的合金化温度、强化合金化和烧结过程。作者认为:这种强化效果是由于碳酸化合物与SiO_2反应形成液态硅酸盐玻璃,从而去除了Si颗粒表面的氧化膜,使Fe-Si之间具有良好的接触;含有添加剂的粉末压坯所表现出的较大烧结收缩与Fe-Si体系中的单向扩散和液态玻璃相存在所产生的活化烧结有关。
In this paper, the effects of carbonation on the alloying and sintering of Fe-Si mixed powders were investigated. The experiment found that adding a small amount of potassium carbonate or sodium carbonate can significantly reduce the alloying temperature of Fe-Si and strengthen the alloying and sintering process. The author believes that this strengthening effect is due to the reaction of carbonates with SiO 2 to form liquid silicate glass, which removes the oxide film on the surface of the Si particles and provides good contact between the Fe-Si particles.
