目的建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)同时测定复方氯霉素硼酸酊中氯霉素及水杨酸含量的方法。方法采用Eclipse XDB-C18(5μm,4.6 mm×150 mm)色谱柱;甲醇-0.5%乙酸铵(60:40)为流动相;检测波长为300 nm;柱温:30℃。结果水杨酸在0.042~0.168 mg/ml浓度范围内,峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系,氯霉素在0.031~0.125 mg/ml浓度范围内,峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系,回归方程分别为:水杨酸:Y=13475 X-21.411(r=0.9997);氯霉素:Y=8819.1 X-5.0643(r=0.9997)。结论此法专属性高、耐用性强、操作简便,适合作为测定复方氯霉素硼酸酊中氯霉素及水杨酸含量的分析方法。
Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of chloramphenicol and salicylic acid in compound chloramphenicol boric acid tincture by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Methods The column of Eclipse XDB-C18 (5μm, 4.6 mm × 150 mm) was used. The mobile phase was methanol-0.5% ammonium acetate (60:40). The detection wavelength was 300 nm. The column temperature was 30 ℃. Results Salicylic acid had a good linear relationship between the peak area and concentration in the concentration range of 0.042-0.168 mg / ml. Chloramphenicol had a good linear relationship with the concentration in the concentration range of 0.031-0.125 mg / ml, The equations were: salicylic acid: Y = 13475 X-21.411 (r = 0.9997); chloramphenicol: Y = 8819.1 X-5.0643 (r = 0.9997). Conclusion This method is highly specific, durable and easy to operate. It is suitable for the determination of chloramphenicol and salicylic acid in compound chloramphenicol tincture.
