目的通过开展对医疗卫生机构放射诊疗设备质量控制以及其所在场所的防护安全情况进行监测,以确保放射诊疗设备的运行状态,并有效保护医疗卫生机构放射工作人员、患者和公众的身体健康。方法选取12家医疗机构,共42台放射诊疗设备,42个放射诊疗工作场所,依据国家相关标准对其进行质量控制与放射防护监测,并对相关151名放射工作人员的个人计量检测结果进行分析。结果除某二级医院的一台X射线机(CR)影像质量控制4个项目:管电压指示的偏离、曝光时间指示的偏离、光野与照射野四边的偏离、光野与照射野中心的偏离不合格外,其余均符合国家相关标准的要求。结论应继续加强管理、采取综合措施,确保医用放射诊疗设备的正常运行与辐射安全。
OBJECTIVE To monitor the quality control of radiotherapy and medical equipment in medical and health institutions and the safety and protection of the radiological equipment in its facilities so as to ensure the operational status of radiological equipment and to effectively protect the health of radiation workers, patients and the general public in medical and health institutions. Methods Twenty-two medical institutions were selected, including 42 radiological treatment facilities and 42 radiological treatment workplaces. Quality control and radiological monitoring were conducted in accordance with relevant national standards. The personal metrological test results of 151 radiological workers were analyzed . Results In addition to the four items of image quality control of a X-ray machine (CR) in a second-class hospital, the deviations of the tube voltage indication, the indication of the exposure time, the deviation of the light field from the four sides of the irradiation field and the deviation of the light field from the irradiation field center Eligibility, the rest are in line with the requirements of national standards. Conclusion We should continue to strengthen management and take comprehensive measures to ensure the normal operation and radiation safety of medical radiology equipment.
