山东新城金矿V#矿体二步矿房开采出现严重的安全问题,原有机械化水平分层充填法已不能满足生产需要。通过对开采技术条件的分析,提出了4种较为适合的采矿方案,为了能够尽可能的消除经验因素的影响,采用模糊数学的方法将各方案评价指标进行量化分析,对新城金矿二步矿房采矿方法进行了优化选择,从中选出预控顶上向凿岩分段充填采矿法。研究表明,此方案具有较好的实际适用性,是一种比较安全、高效、经济的采矿方法,能够满足矿山安全开采的要求。
The mining of the second-step ore mines of V # ore body of Shandong Xincheng Gold Mine has serious safety problems. The original mechanized horizontal stratification filling method can not meet the production needs. According to the analysis of mining technical conditions, four suitable mining schemes are proposed. In order to eliminate the influence of empirical factors as much as possible, the fuzzy mathematics method is used to quantitatively analyze each scheme evaluation index, Housing mining methods were optimized selection, from which to select the pre-control top-to-rock section filling mining method. The research shows that this scheme has good practical applicability and is a safe, efficient and economical mining method that can meet the requirements of mine safety mining.
