采用气相色谱法对六种色谱柱进行了选择,发现3%OV-17,3%OY-101和5%Apiezon三种填充柱分别在柱温185℃、175℃和195℃,检测温200℃、195℃和220℃条件下均能够对40%乙·氰水悬乳剂中的乙草胺、氰草津同时进行检测。在制剂中分别加入稳定剂或调节pH值都可以减少氰草津热贮后的分解率。对乙氰水悬乳剂中的两种有效成分的悬浮率的测定方法进行研究,方法的重现性良好。
