目的通过检测游泳池氯化消毒副产物的浓度以及游泳者暴露后尿液中8-羟基脱氧鸟苷(8-OHd G)的水平,为进一步研究游泳池氯化消毒副产物暴露人群的健康状况提供参考数据。方法按照《公共场所卫生监测技术规范》(GB/T17220-1998)和《生活饮用水标准检验方法》GB5750-2006)于2013年5-9月对某体校游泳池进行采样检测,酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)于2013年游泳季开放前(4月)后(10月)分别检测游泳组和对照组尿液中8-OHd G水平。结果该校游泳池三氯甲烷、二氯乙酸、三氯乙酸的浓度水平均值分别为(0.045±0.030)、(0.050±0.018)和(0.031±0.015)mg/L,参照国际泳联标准,其中三氯甲烷浓度超标,游泳组学生在经过一个游泳季后(10月),尿液中8-OHd G平均水平显著高于对照组(t=8.450,P=0.000),且显著高于开放前(4月)(t=8.450,P=0.000);但是游泳组在游泳季开放前(4月)与对照组比较(t=1.391,P=0.170),对照组游泳季开放前(4月)和结束后(10月)比较(t=1.702,P=0.104)尿液中8-OHd G的水平差异均无统计学意义。结论该校游泳池氯化消毒副产物的污染问题不容忽视,长期游泳者尿液中8-OHd G水平较非游泳人群高,可能与长期接触游泳池氯化消毒副产物有关。
Objective To investigate the concentration of chlorinated disinfection by-products in swimming pool and the level of 8-hydroxydeoxyguanosine (8-OHd G) in the urine of swimmers after exposure, providing a reference for further study on the health condition of exposed chlorinated disinfection by-products in swimming pool. data. Methods According to “Technical Specifications for Sanitation Monitoring in Public Places” (GB / T17220-1998) and “Standard Test Method for Domestic Drinking Water” GB5750-2006, samples were taken from May to September 2013 in a swimming pool in a school. Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay The levels of 8-OHd G in the urine of the swimming group and the control group were detected by ELISA before the swimming season in 2013 (April) (October). Results The mean concentrations of chloroform, dichloroacetic acid and trichloroacetic acid in the swimming pool of the school were (0.045 ± 0.030), (0.050 ± 0.018) and (0.031 ± 0.015) mg / L, respectively. According to FINA standards, The average concentration of 8-OHd G in urine was significantly higher in the swimming group than in the control group (t = 8.450, P = 0.000) after a swimming season (October), and was significantly higher than that before the open (T = 1.391, P = 0.170) before swimming season open (April) and before swimming season (April) (t = 8.450, P = 0.000) After the end of October (t = 1.702, P = 0.104) urine 8-OHdG levels were no significant difference. Conclusion The pollution of chlorinated disinfection by-products in swimming pool of this school should not be neglected. The level of 8-OHd G in urine of long-term swimmers is higher than that of non-swimmers, which may be related to long-term exposure to chlorinated disinfection by-products in the swimming pool.
