儿童颈椎的损伤类型、损伤后的影像学表现及治疗方法等均有其自身的特点。笔者对1990年1月～2006年12月期间Medline数据库和中国期刊全文数据库关于儿童、青少年颈椎颈脊髓损伤等方面的文献进行了检索,现就主要内容进行综述。
Children’s cervical injury types, post-injury imaging findings and treatment have their own characteristics. The author searched the literature of Medline database and Chinese periodical full-text database about children and adolescent cervical spinal cord injury from January 1990 to December 2006, and summarized the main contents.
