用恒温热重法 ,以正己烷脱氢反应为指示反应 ,研究了γ -Al2 O3 覆炭载体 (CCA)、γ -Al2 O3 、Ni/Al2 O3 及Ni/CCA催化剂的抗结焦性能 ;考察了覆炭原料、覆炭量对CCA的抗结焦性能的影响及积炭温度、正己烷浓度和覆炭量对Ni/CCA催化剂的抗结焦性能的影响。结果表明 ,CCA、Ni/CCA催化剂的抗结焦性能优于γ -Al2 O3 、Ni/Al2 O3 ,以环烷烃为覆炭原料得到的CCA的抗结焦性能最好
The thermo-gravimetric method was used to study the anti-coking performance of γ-Al2O3 supported catalysts (CCA), γ-Al2O3, Ni / Al2 O3 and Ni / CCA catalysts by the dehydrogenation of n-hexane. Effect of Coke Precipitant and Coke Amount on Coking Reactivity of CCA and Effect of Coke Temperature, Hexane Concentration and Coat Amount on Coke Resistance of Ni / CCA Catalyst. The results show that the anti-coking performance of CCA and Ni / CCA catalysts is better than that of γ -Al 2 O 3 and Ni / Al 2 O 3, and CCA obtained from cycloalkane is the best anti-coking property
