Objective To study the systematic nursing care of patients with unstable angina pectoris and analyze the nursing methods and effects so as to provide reference for the clinical treatment of unstable angina pectoris. Methods Eighty patients with unstable angina pectoris were enrolled in this study. Patients were randomly divided into two groups: control group and control group, 40 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received routine care and patients in the observation group received comprehensive systematic nursing care based on the control group. After two cycles of continuous nursing, the satisfaction degree, pain score, depression score, seizure time and number of seizures were observed and compared in two groups of patients. Results The satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 95%, which was higher than that in the control group (75%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The scores of pain in the observation group were 5.0 ± 1.8 and 35.2 ± 13.5, respectively, which were lower than those in the control group (6.3 ± 2.5) and (58.3 ± 15.0), respectively (all P <0.05) ). The patients in the observation group had an onset time of (30.2 ± 8.9) min / time and an episode of (4 ± 2) times / d, which were significantly better than those in the control group (42.6 ± 10.5) min / (6 ± 2) times / d, respectively All were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The systematic nursing care is effective in the care of patients with unstable angina pectoris, which can effectively shorten the time of angina pectoris, relieve the pain when the patient attacks and relieve the clinical symptoms of the patient.
