一、前言民航浙江省局桐庐导航台,建造在两座高20米,相距180米的小山上。一个山头上安装了DVOR/DME导航设备。另一山头上安装了NDB导航设备、SSB通信设备、DVOR/DME遥控器和交流供电设施。此台位于半山区,两个孤立的山头在周围地域中处于高地势。每年都要遭到多次雷击,损失很大,严重影响着该台的正常导航保障。迫切需要解决这个高地势导航台的防雷问题。从该台多次被雷击坏设备情况分析,设备器件损失是由于感应过电压所致。感应过电压产生
