镗杆圆度误差呈现明显的规律性,当镗杆上通过中心互相垂直的两个主惯面上的惯矩不等时,磨削过程即形成椭圆,且长、短轴方位与主惯面成45°。论证了形成椭圆的主要原因是周期变化的斜弯曲,同时提出了提高镗杆圆度精度的结构设计方案及工艺诀窍。
