没有调查就没有发言权,没有调查就没有市场,没有信息人们就会变成瞎子和聋子,市场调查作为企业制定决策的重要依据正逐步显现它的重要性。近些年来,虽然有些企业已经逐步认识到市场调研的重要性,但是总体来说我们营销行业对市场调查技术的认识还是有所缺失。所以,笔者就该问题进行三方面论述。第一:市场调研的影响,通过阐述此内容,说明它不是一个可有可无的东西,而是一个应该被人们认识、熟知的观念;第二:中外企业在市场调研上的差距;第三:如何补救,从三方面探究如何补救市场调研缺失的情况。

As an important basis for making decisions, the market survey is gradually showing its importance. In recent years, although some companies have gradually realized the importance of market research, on the whole, our marketing industry still has a lack of understanding of market research techniques. Therefore, the author discusses the issue in three aspects. First: the impact of market research, through the elaboration of this content, indicating that it is not an optional thing, but a concept that should be recognized and well-known people; Second: the gap between Chinese and foreign enterprises in market research; third : How to remedy, from three aspects to explore how to remedy the lack of market research.
