武汉低压锅炉厂是一个专业锅炉制造厂，但是，制造的锅炉质量竟如此低劣，以致发生严重的爆炸事故，在国内外都属罕见，这是不能允许的。 为了防止类似严重问题的发生，各锅炉制造厂，一定要狠抓质量，严防不合格的锅炉出厂。今后，发生了锅炉爆炸事故，必须及时认真调查，坚持做到“三不放过”；确系由于锅炉制造质量低劣而造成的事故，应追究制造单位的经济责任和法律责任。
