为了预测热处理的质量和提高控制水平,开发了热处理过程中温度场—相变—应力场计算机模拟技术,通过虚拟生产确定优化的淬火工艺。以计算机模拟为基础的气体渗碳(渗氮)智能控制技术,实现了智能化、无纸化、自动化生产,保证了渗碳(渗氮)的质量和重现性,取得了3000炉次质量全部合格的佳绩。热处理计算机模拟和智能控制技术已显示巨大潜力,但还需要进行大量的基础研究,扩大其适用范围和提高模拟精度。
In order to predict the quality of heat treatment and improve the control level, a computer simulation of temperature field-phase transformation-stress field in heat treatment process was developed. The optimized quenching process was determined by virtual production. Based on the computer simulation of gas carburizing (nitriding) intelligent control technology, to achieve the intelligent, paperless, automated production, ensuring the quality of carburization (nitriding) and reproducibility, achieved 3000 heat mass All qualified success.
