大量研究表明,以Ets1(erythroblastosis-twenty six 1)基因为代表的Ets信号依赖转录调控因子家族,在消化道肿瘤的发生、浸润转移、血管生成等方面均起到重要作用。有关转录因子Ets1介导肿瘤细胞的发育分化、增殖凋亡、血管发生及组织重建等方面的研究,使得Ets1有望成为消化道肿瘤靶向治疗的潜在分子靶点。作者就近年来转录因子Ets1在消化道肿瘤中的研究进展作一综述。
A large number of studies have shown that Ets1 (erythroblastosis-twenty six 1) gene as the representative of the Ets signal-dependent transcriptional regulator factor family, plays an important role in the occurrence of gastrointestinal cancer, invasion and metastasis, angiogenesis. Ets1 is a potential molecular target for targeted therapy of gastrointestinal tumors because of its involvement in the development and differentiation of tumor cells, proliferation and apoptosis, angiogenesis and tissue remodeling. The author reviews the recent progress of transcription factor Ets1 in gastrointestinal tumors.
