单侧头面部多汗症(Unilateral hyperhidrosis of the head and face)罕见。此症并同侧鼻腔内翻型乳头状瘤者尚未见报道,兹报道一例如下: 病例报告患者男,49岁,科技人员,于1982年7月8日入院。患者自1980年春起右侧头、面及项常出汗,每天十数次或数十次,每次历时十分钟或半小时不等。每因天热、情绪激动、劳动或进热食症状加重。常为晚春起病,盛夏严重,秋凉缓解,冬季不显。汗以前额最多,眉、发常透湿。患者从事微生物研究工作,右眼常因汗水流入刺痛难忍,且妨碍看显微
Unilateral hyperhidrosis of the head and face is rare. There have been no reports of ipsilateral intranasal inverted papilloma of the disease. One case is reported as follows: Case report The patient, a 49-year-old man, was a technologist and was admitted to hospital on July 8, 1982. From the spring of 1980, the patient often sweated on the right side, face, and items, ten or several times a day, each time for 10 minutes or half an hour. Every day due to hot weather, emotional, labor or hot food symptoms. It usually starts in late spring and is severe in summer and cool in autumn, but not in winter. Khan had most of his forehead, and his eyebrows and hair were often wet. The patient is engaged in microbiological research work. The right eye is often irritated by sweat inflow and hinders microscopic observation.
