传统航空发动机转子装配螺栓拧紧设备自动化程度低,对发动机装配效率及装配质量影响较大。结合国内航空发动机转子装配螺栓拧紧设备现状,基于Pro/E软件设计了一种新型航空发动机转子装配螺栓自动拧紧机。并运用ANSYS Workbench对关键承力构件进行分析,得到其最大应力、应变及变形,据此可对关键结构件进行强度和刚度校核。
The traditional aeroengine rotor assembly bolt tightening equipment has a low degree of automation and greatly affects the assembly efficiency and assembly quality of the engine. Combined with the status quo of screw tightening equipment for the assembly of the domestic aeroengine rotor, a new type of automatic tightening machine for aeroengine assembly bolts was designed based on Pro / E software. And the use of ANSYS Workbench analysis of the key load-bearing member to obtain the maximum stress, strain and deformation, which can be key components for strength and stiffness check.
