为了解强化戊二醛杀菌效果与腐蚀性等性能 ,将强化戊二醛进行载体浸泡定量杀菌试验、稳定性试验及腐蚀性试验。在 ( 2 0± 1)℃水浴温度条件下 ,强化戊二醛在 3 3 2あ mg/ L作用 2 0あ min对大肠杆菌和作用 4 0あ min对金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭率均为 99.99% ,原液调节 p H值到 8.5左右 ,作用 2~ 3あ h对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞的杀灭率分别为99.99%和 10 0 .0 0 %。强化戊二醛在 995 0あ mg/ L作用 7.5あ min、4 975あ mg/ L作用 3 0あ min可将 HBs Ag破坏。在当菌悬液含 2 5 %、5 0 %小牛血清时 ,强化戊二醛原液对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞杀灭效果分别有轻度和中度影响。强化戊二醛原液浸泡金属片 72あ h后 ,对不锈钢、铜、碳钢和铝均无腐蚀。表明强化戊二醛不仅对微生物有良好的杀灭效果 ,且贮存稳定 ,对金属基本无腐蚀 ,是值得推广应用的化学灭菌剂。
