目的建立水产品中微囊藻毒素的检测方法,了解太湖常见水产品藻毒素(MC-LR)污染状况。方法采集太湖中常见的五种水产品,用高温以及酶制剂等手段处理样品;用液相色谱/质谱联用技术检测水产品MC-LR。结果建立的液相色谱/质谱法回归方程y=5.6684x+0.2113(n=6,r=0.9997),当信噪比(S/N)为17.8时检出限可达1μg/L。水产品经高温、酶制剂处理后MC-LR检出量增加,不同水产品肌肉组织经处理后MC-LR增加量不同,同一种水产品的肌肉组织经不同处理后检出量也有显著差异。结论水产品组织中存在着结合态藻毒素,建立的检测方法能有效的检测出组织中结合态藻毒素和游离态藻毒素的总量。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of microcystin in aquatic products and to understand the pollution status of common marine algae toxin (MC-LR) in Taihu Lake. Methods Five common aquatic products in Taihu Lake were collected, and the samples were treated with high temperature and enzyme preparation. The aquatic product MC-LR was detected by liquid chromatography / mass spectrometry. Results The established regression equation of liquid chromatography / mass spectrometry was y = 5.6684x + 0.2113 (n = 6, r = 0.9997). The detection limit was up to 1μg / L when the S / N ratio was 17.8. The detection rate of MC-LR increased after treated with high temperature and enzyme. The increase of MC-LR in muscle of different aquatic products was different after treatment. There was also significant difference in the amount of MC-LR in the same kind of aquatic products after different treatments. Conclusion There are bound algal toxins in aquatic tissue, and the established detection method can effectively detect the total amount of bound toxin and free algal toxin in the tissue.
