基因工程抗体在疾病诊断、治疗及医学研究等方面都有着广泛的应用。近几年来,国内外学者对抗体的研究已迈入基因工程抗体阶段,其中单链抗体(single chain Fv,scFv)因其具有分子质量小、穿透力强、体内循环半衰期短及排除了Fc段所致的免疫复合物反应等优点,成为基因工程抗体探索领域中的研究热点。尤其是将scFv应用于医学的研究已取得突破性进展,现就scFv的构建及其在医学上的应用综述如下。
