针对飞机电源车在飞行现场对电源性能进行测试的需求,设计了一种可移动式自动测试系统。重点介绍了该测试系统的设计方案,阐述了测试系统设计中的关键技术。该系统基于单片机开发技术,设计了多功能负载实现对飞机电阻特性的模拟,自动化程度高、重量轻、移动方便,具有很强的灵活性与可靠性,有着广泛的应用前景。
Aiming at the demand of testing the power performance of the aircraft power car at the flight site, a movable automatic test system is designed. The design scheme of the test system is introduced emphatically, and the key technologies in the test system design are expounded. The system is based on the development technology of single chip microcomputer and has designed the multi-function load to simulate the resistance characteristics of the aircraft. The system has high degree of automation, light weight, convenient movement, strong flexibility and reliability and wide application prospect.
