目前,很多矿山的巷道、采矿场、井下调车场以及铁路隧道建设中,都广泛采用杆柱支护。杆柱安装过程中存在的主要困难是还未有机械设备代替繁重的体力劳动。所以,各矿山及铁路建设部门,迫切需要安装杆柱的机械化设备。对于安装楔缝式杆柱,最重要的工序是冲装和拧紧。目前不少单位是用大锤冲装和人力拧紧,劳动强度大、效率低、也极不安全可靠。各矿山大都使用我厂生产的01—45伸缩凿岩机,它能可靠地满足安装楔缝式杆柱的冲装工序,但不能胜任拧紧螺母工序(因其停滞扭矩太低,仅达8~10公斤-米)。
