作为薪酬的重要组成部分,福利发挥着激励员工、吸引优秀员工和留住核心人才的重要作用。通过设计符合员工需求的福利项目,加强宣传让员工了解企业的福利制度,设计问卷调查了解员工对福利的满意程度,最大限度地实现福利的作用,保证福利管理的效果。
As an important part of remuneration, welfare plays an important role in motivating employees, attracting outstanding employees and retaining core talents. Through the design of welfare programs that meet the needs of employees, we strengthened publicity to let employees understand the welfare system of enterprises, designed questionnaires to understand employees’ satisfaction with welfare, maximize the benefits and ensure the effectiveness of welfare management.
