目的探讨微创手术治疗听神经瘤的临床效果。方法对2010年1月至2011年6月本院收治的48位听神经瘤患者均进行枕下乙状窦后切口,在显微镜下锁孔入路切除肿瘤。结果本组48例患者中,41例患者肿瘤全切除,7例次全切除,36例患者保留面神经解剖,治疗后所有患者痊愈出院。对41例肿瘤全切除患者随访6～12个月,复查MRI或CT无复发。结论微创手术治疗听神经瘤可以有效降低手术创伤,切除病变,临床效果良好,值得推广。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of minimally invasive surgery on acoustic neuroma. Methods From January 2010 to June 2011, 48 patients with acoustic neuroma treated in our hospital underwent resection of the suboccipital sigmoid sinus and the tumor was excised under the microscope with a keyhole approach. Results In the group of 48 patients, 41 cases were completely excised and 7 cases were subtotally resected. Facial nerve anatomy was preserved in 36 cases. All patients were discharged after treatment. 41 cases of total tumor resection patients were followed up for 6 to 12 months, no recurrence of MRI or CT review. Conclusion Minimally invasive surgery for acoustic neuroma can effectively reduce the surgical trauma and excision of the lesion, and has good clinical effect and is worth promoting.
