近日,我们来到曾被农总行授予“全国金融红旗单位”的山西大同市南郊区鸦儿崖信用社调查。在调查中,发现该社从1988年开始已连续7年实现“三无”(无呆滞、无呆帐、无应收未收利息)。为此,我们把调查的焦点集中在该社的信贷管理上。他们的主要做法是: 一、突出“十要”,防微杜渐 信贷资金的特点决定了贷款一要归还,二要付息,三要监督。为了实现信贷资金的良性循环,在周转中求效益,1988年以来,他们坚持从贷款的安全性、周转性、效益性出发,在贷款管理中做到了“十要”。 一是制度要细。根据贷款前后不同的要求,他们制定了不同的贷款管理制
Recently, we came to investigate the Corral Credit Cooperatives in the southern suburbs of Datong City, Shanxi Province, which was awarded the “National Financial Red Flag Unit” by the Agricultural Bank of China. During the investigation, it was found that the society has achieved “three noes” for seven years in a row since 1988 (no sluggishness, no doubtful debts and no interest receivable). For this reason, we have focused our investigation on the credit management of the society. Their main approach is: First, highlighting the “ten requirements”, prevention of micro-credit characteristics of the loan decided to return a loan, the second to pay interest, and third, supervision. In order to achieve a virtuous circle of credit funds and seek profitability in their turnover, since 1988, they insisted on starting with the safety, turnover and profitability of loans and made “ten needs” in loan management.
