针对激光再制造技术自动化、柔性化和智能化的发展方向,开发了一种符合工业应用的集成化大功率柔性激光再制造系统,该系统利用机器人和激光器现有的接口,进行了系统集成的软硬件设计。开展了激光同轴送粉系统和温度检测视觉系统研究,实现了三维激光熔覆以及激光熔池温度检测。应用该系统对钻铤和大型车床导轨进行了激光再制造,取得了良好的效果。
Aiming at the development direction of automation, flexibility and intelligence of laser remanufacturing technology, an integrated high-power flexible laser remanufacturing system is developed which is suitable for industrial applications. The system uses the existing interface between robot and laser to carry out system integration Hardware and software design. Launched a coaxial laser powder feeding system and temperature detection visual system research, to achieve a three-dimensional laser cladding and laser bath temperature detection. The application of the system to drill collar and large lathe rail laser remanufacturing and achieved good results.
