为保证液压支架的产品质量,提高生产效率,自行研制了一种新型液压支架加工设备—四轴镗床。分析了四轴镗床的构成和特点,完成了关键部件镗削头的功率计算,并与已有加工方法进行了比较。该镗床使用方便,加工效率高,运行良好。
In order to ensure the product quality of the hydraulic support and improve the production efficiency, a new type of hydraulic support processing equipment - four-axis boring machine has been developed. The composition and characteristics of the four-axis boring machine are analyzed, the power calculation of the boring head of the key components is completed, and compared with the existing processing methods.
