套类零件和带孔轴类零件在钻径向孔时,过去仅通过划线和普通装夹方式来进行加工,往往满足不了生产上和质量上的要求,而且劳动强度大,效率低。为此,我根据现场加工需要,在加工批量较大的半联轴器(图1)过程中,总结设计出了一种通用可调分度式钻模,如图2所示。只要更换某些组件,就可以加工任意径向孔。
