经过十年的规划,杭州湾跨海大桥才获准动工,大桥的建设从设计阶段开始就不断遇到难题。要让世界最长的大桥跨越海峡,必须先把6000根钢桩打入海床中。海上施工部门在建设大桥的根基时,采用了钢管桩。每根钢桩必须被打进岩石海床以下80米的深处,除了承受重量以外,还要能够抵御成年累月的海水侵蚀。
After a decade of planning, the Hangzhou Bay Cross-sea Bridge was allowed to start construction. The construction of the bridge continued to encounter problems from the design stage. For the longest bridge in the world to cross the Strait, 6000 steel piles must be launched into the seabed. The construction department at sea used the steel pipe pile when building the foundation of the bridge. Each steel pile must be struck 80 meters below the rock sea floor, in addition to withstand the weight, but also be able to withstand the age-old seawater erosion.
