多年来,我校一直在“质量立校,追求卓越”的办学理念指导下,着力培育“发展潜能教育”这一特色。“发展潜能教育”在于尊重个体差异,让不同能力水平的学生都能发挥特长,改善智能结构,成为对社会有用的人。在加德纳的多元智能理论指导下,我们以学生智能结构为基础,通过优化课程结构,改革教学方式,创新培养机制,拓宽培养渠道,完善培养模式,满足学生个性发展的需要等,激活学生的潜能,实现促进学生最优化发展的个性化教育目标。
