间质内化疗可避开血脑屏障 ,减少全身用药的毒副作用而大大提高肿瘤局部的药物浓度 ,达到对人脑胶质瘤良好的化疗效果。目前研究较多的是生物分解型多聚体缓释剂瘤腔内给药技术 ,其特点是其分子间有一定的空间结构 ,药物可被储存于其中 ,在体内化疗药物随多聚物的缓解而缓慢释放 ,并可通过改变多聚物的分子量或交联度来控制化疗药物的释放速度。一系列的实验和临床研究表明 ,间质内化疗对胶质瘤具有良好的疗效 ,显示出良好的应用前景。
