建立了用半导体激光诱导荧光结合毛细管电泳测定单胺类神经递质 ,去甲肾上腺素和多巴胺的高灵敏的分析方法。考察了青色素衍生物 (Cy5 )对去甲肾上腺素和多巴胺的各种衍生条件。在优化条件下 ,去甲肾上腺素和多巴胺在 3× 10 - 8~ 5× 10 - 6 mol/ L浓度范围内与其荧光强度呈现良好的线性关系。去甲肾上腺素和多巴胺的最低检测浓度分别为 5 .9× 10 - 9,5 .4× 10 - 9mol/ L。本方法的优点是简便 ,灵敏 ,样品用量少。适合于痕量单胺类神经递质的分析
A highly sensitive analytical method for the determination of monoamine neurotransmitters, norepinephrine and dopamine using semiconductor laser-induced fluorescence coupled with capillary electrophoresis was established. Various derivatization conditions for norepinephrine and dopamine were examined for the cyanine derivative (Cy5). Under optimized conditions, norepinephrine and dopamine showed a good linear relationship with the fluorescence intensity in the range of 3 × 10 -8 ~ 5 × 10 -6 mol / L. The minimum detectable concentrations of norepinephrine and dopamine were 5.9 × 10 -9, 5.4 × 10 -9 mol / L, respectively. The method has the advantages of simple, sensitive, less sample. Suitable for trace monoamine neurotransmitters
