随着计算技术和总线技术的高速发展,使机电航空电子设备系统综合不但成为可能而且也成为趋势,CAN总线作为成熟的现场总线,通过工艺和技术改进,已在船舶和航天等领域下得到了较为广泛可靠的应用。文章针对机电综合管理系统的设计需求,提出了一种基于冗余CAN总线的通信方法,并运用裁剪过的CANaerospace高层协议实现了机电系统余度管理和通讯方法。通过低成本的冗余CAN总线通讯技术,不但有效解决了总线通信的故障问题并提高了通信的可靠性,而且降低了系统的开发成本。
With the rapid development of computing technology and bus technology, it is not only possible but also becoming a trend to make the integration of electromechanical avionics system become a trend. CAN bus, as a mature field bus, has been obtained in the fields of shipbuilding and aerospace through process and technology improvement More extensive and reliable application. In this paper, aiming at the design requirements of the integrated mechanical and electrical management system, a communication method based on redundant CAN bus is proposed and the redundancy and communication method of the mechatronic system are realized by cutting out the CANaerospace high level protocol. Through low-cost redundant CAN bus communication technology, not only effectively solve the problem of bus communication failure and improve the reliability of communications, but also reduce the system development costs.
