作者曾报导皮下埋殖孕酮在哺乳期妇女避孕有效。本文则进一步阐述采用这种方法避孕的效果及其优点。通过皮下植入孕酮可以抑制哺乳期妇女的生育力,为一种哺乳期妇女有效的避孕方法。作者选产后健康,年龄18～35岁,妊娠及分娩均正常,且胎儿健康适重的妇女作为志愿者。受试者性生活规律,不进行任何药物治疗并愿意尽可能长期地哺乳婴儿。实验组于分娩后30或60天皮下植入6粒孕酮丸(每丸含孕酮100mg);对照组采用宫内节育器铜 T200或注射安慰剂,两者任其挑选。每月一次
