1992年10月6日至12日将在蒙古共和国的首都乌兰巴托举行第13届亚洲遥感会议。现将蒙古的遥感科研概况及主要的遥感机构简介如下。蒙古的遥感科研始于1980年。当时,在国家测绘局建立了遥感研究室。负责人是留苏的桑德尔博士。首先,他们利用苏联提供的卫片,制作了2m分辨率的多谱段遥感图像。随后,他们使用苏制的安-30型(双引擎,实用升限8km)、安-2型螺旋桨式飞机和图134大型机以及米-8直升机拍摄了蒙古全境的黑白及彩红外遥感航片。在这些飞机上分别装有LMK、MPB和MSK-4型(均为原东德蔡司光学仪器厂生产)及AFA-TES(苏联生产)等型号的航空摄像机。在经过一段时间摸索后,在八十年代中,他们装配了一架安-30型飞机,作为遥感专用飞机。在这架飞机上配备了法国生产的红外扫描仪和原苏联生产的侧视雷达。目前,蒙古已拥有了全套的图像处
The 13th Asian Remote Sensing Conference will be held in Ulan Bator, the capital of the Republic of Mongolia, from 6 to 12 October 1992. The briefing on remote sensing research in Mongolia and the main remote sensing institutes are as follows. Remote sensing research in Mongolia began in 1980. At that time, the State Bureau of Surveying and Mapping established a remote sensing research. The person in charge is Dr. Sundar Sanjur. First, they made multi-spectral remote sensing images at a resolution of 2m, using satellite films provided by the Soviet Union. Subsequently, they captured black-and-white and color infrared remote-sensing flights throughout Mongolia using the Soviet-made An-30 (twin engines, utility ceiling 8km), An-2 propeller aircraft and the 134 mainframe as well as the Mi-8 helicopter sheet. The aircraft were fitted with LMK, MPB and MSK-4 models (all manufactured by Zeiss Optics Instrument Factory of East Germany) and AFA-TES (Soviet production) models. After some time of exploration, in the eighties, they assembled an An-30 aircraft as a remote sensing aircraft. The plane is equipped with a French-made infrared scanner and a side-looking radar from the former Soviet Union. At present, Mongolia has a full set of images
