针对电力竞标市场中出现的输电阻塞 ,提出了电价调整机制的想法 ,并给出相应的数学模型。该数学模型的本质是在现有的发电竞标模型中 ,嵌入一个可变的电价约束 ,使得在竞标过程中出现输电阻塞时 ,可以根据阻塞的情况自动调整相关发电厂商的报价 ,从而有效地降低输电阻塞对各发电厂商的影响 ,降低全网的购电成本 ,提高发电竞标的公平、合理性。文中使用的电价调整手段主要是基于潮流追踪所得的 2个重要系数。仿真计算结果表明 ,文中所提出的电价调整机制理论和模型是十分有效的
In view of the transmission congestion in the electricity bidding market, the idea of price adjustment mechanism is put forward, and the corresponding mathematical model is given. The essence of the mathematical model is to embed a variable electricity price constraint in the current bidding model of power generation so that when a transmission congestion occurs in the bidding process, the quotation of the relevant power generator can be automatically adjusted according to the blocking situation, so as to effectively reduce Transmission congestion on the impact of various power generation companies to reduce the cost of purchasing electricity across the network and improve the fairness and rationality of bidding for power generation. The price adjustment method used in this paper is mainly based on the two important coefficients of trend tracking. Simulation results show that the proposed price adjustment mechanism theory and model is very effective
